Gute Lage: Bushaltestelle 1 min., Strand 15 min. fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplatz vorhanden, gute Einweisung
Besen und Kehrblech wären gut, um zwischenzeitig mal sauber zu machen

Logement spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour profiter de Santander et des environs. Le parking privé est un vrai plus quand on voit la difficulté à stationner dans les environs. La terrasse est aussi appréciable.
Le manque de store sur la porte d’entrée et le puit de lumière qui font que la personne occupant le canapé lit est réveillé tous les matins par les premières lueurs du jour. Pas très logique étant donné qu’il y a des volets + stores partout, sauf à cet endroit.

Apartamento muy bonito con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días admirando la zona. Los anfitriones viven cerca y están atento por si se necesita alguna cosa. Se agradece tener aparcamiento ya que en verano la zona se llena.

La situación es buena, se puede ir andando a la playa. Muy cerca de Santander y fácil salida hacia otros lugares. El aparcamiento es muy cómodo. El apartamento, tiene todo lo necesario, está todo nuevo y limpio.
El dormitorio está comunicado por un hueco encima del armario con el salón, para los que nos gusta dormir a oscuras, a pesar de bajar todas las persianas, en cuanto amanece se ilumina el dormitorio por la luz que entra por la claraboya y el cristal de la puerta.
