Everything in this property has been so well thought off! The architect has done such a good job so that the flat is exceptionally functional, very aesthetically pleasing and with all modern features eg intensity adjustable led lighting in every room!! The heating system very effective, 3 tv sets, all equipment that one could possibly expect to cover any possible need for any length of stay. Needless to say that it was all spotlessly clean! The owners are rather kind, helpful and willing to assist in any way they possibly can. The location of the flat is very convenient just half way between Karlovassi town centre and Karlovassi port - a nice walk that made our car redundant!

Brand new, spacious apartment, fully equipped, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean. Both the design of the apartment with quality materials and the amenities provided ensure that you will have everything you need to feel like home! Vasilis was the perfect host providing detailed information for our visit and went above and beyond to cater to every need always with a genuine smile! To Iolia είναι ένα καινούργιο, πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα επιπλωμένο διαμέρισμα!Θα βρείτε ό,τι χρειαστείτε, οποιοδήποτε σκεύος και εργαλείο κουζίνας, καφετιέρα με κάψουλες πολλές και διαφορετικές!Φαρμακείο με όλα τα απαραίτητα , κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες εξαιρετικής ποιότητας!Φυτά σε όμορφες πήλινες γλάστρες στην μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την θάλασσα!Όλα είναι οργανωμένα και με επιμέλεια φροντισμένα από τον ιδιοκτήτη, τον Βασίλη και τη σύζυγό του! Ο Βασίλης πάντα εκεί για να ικανοποιήσει την κάθε σου επιθυμία, να σου παρέχει πληροφορίες για το νησί, παραλίες, φαγητό, κ.τ.λ. Τις ακολουθήσαμε όλες τις προτάσεις του και το ίδιο να κάνετε κι εσείς! Επίσης μας πρότειναν και μας επέτρεψαν να παραμείνουμε στο διαμέρισμα πέραν της ώρας check out ,μια και το πλοίο μας έφευγε το απόγευμα χωρίς καμία επιπλέον χρέωση!Στο τέλος μας αποχαιρέτησαν με δώρα από το όμορφο και καταπράσινο νησί τους!Συμπερασματικά μια ευχάριστη διαμoνή στο Iolia από επαγγελματίες φιλόξενους ιδιοκτήτες!
Ειλικρινά τους ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για την φιλοξενία τους και ελπιζουμε να ξαναβρεθούμε εκεί.
