Uitzicht was fantastisch. Eigenaar waren super vriendelijk, voorzagen groetjes, fruit, blijven, drank. Brachten gebakjes. Beleven gezellig keuvelen, geven tips, ...
De zitbanken binnen en buiten waren niet comfortabel.

This house is a hidden gem, its location and the owners are just as good as it gets. We were two couples and stayed one week in the house, for which it was perfectly suited. The house is fully equiped and the view, the beaches and the location are just amazing. The small village Koumeika and the public beaches near the house are also very nice and not overly crowded even in the main season. The owners showed such great hospitality and we felt very welcome from beginning until end of our stay. We all would gladly return any time soon and can without a doubt recommend the oceanis cottage house: 10/10!

The hospitality and warm welcome of the owners made us feel immediately "at home" in this beautiful cottage.
The couple did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible (wine, beer, water, eggs,... in the refrigerator; sweets for breakfast; a nice chat;....).
The house is situated on a hill overlooking the sea. A very quiet environment among olive trees.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is small but functional with a good shower and a washing machine.
The terrace is a pleasant place to stay with a view of the sea. There are sun beds and recliners with cushions.
And there is a "private" beach that you can reach in 15 minutes through a path.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area (we recommend: Akrogiali in Balos and Bella Vista in Pefkos Beach) and shops (in Ormos).
A car is necessary as there is nothing within walking distance. It is not necessary to have a 4wd but once you leave the main road it is still a five minute drive over a sometimes bumpy road.
Minas and Rodopi, we had a wonderful holiday here, thanks again for the enormous hospitality, the many hints and treats.
