About this house rental
Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a ten -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
This house gives the opportunity for the visitor to stay next to the seaside, away and yet near to civilization. To go fishing, get his vegetables directly from the cultivated back garden, to water the tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and aubergines without much effort. One can even sleep at night listening to the waves yet without leaving away any of the comforts one is used to.

We have had 3 fantastic weeks in this little gem and hope to be able to come back at another time. An upgrade of the kitchen elements at some point would elevate the interior overall.

We've been in greece for many years, but this was our first visit of Samos and we're absoluty excited.
We stayed at the the house on the waves for 14 days with 3 people.
The house is directly on the sea. You fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea. Outside the house are a lot of cots and seating possibilities to have breakfast outdoor. Inside the house you have everything what you need and it is all very clean and under very good conditions.
Stamatis gave us a lot of tipps for trips around Samos and a lot of tipps of restaurants and all tipps of Stamatis were very helpful for us.
It was a wonderful trip and we'll come back again!!

A very nice place, the house was very clean and tidy when we arrived and it's 15 meters from the front door to the mediterranean sea. The place has everything we need and the hosts are very, very friendly, helpful and generous.
There are a few houses in the neighborhood but we were mostly alone there. It's 20 minutes by foot to the little supermarket in Ormos if you go slowly.
I recommend this place for everybody who likes quietude and nature.
