Very spacious for Japan, located in a quiet residential area so not many people speak English but food is much cheaper than touristy areas. Easy walk to the train station and everything you need within walking distance. Very clean and lots of sleeping room compared to other Tokyo accomodation

Rubbish was left behind by the previous guests on the balcony as instructed, but not collected before we stayed. With summer heat this left quite a smell. We also stayed for 11 nights and since Japan doesn’t really have street bins, all of our rubbish from that time built up very quickly and was pretty gross to be around. We enjoyed using the balcony to have an evening drink as the kids slept but it was just stinky and took up half the space. Eventually we organised the owner to come collect the last guests rubbish & ours part way through the trip which helped, but it was a slightly difficult process and still took several days.

駅近(徒歩5分) 部屋は割と広く清潔感もあり良い感じ ゴミ捨てるところがきちんと分別されており瓶や空き缶の捨てるとこあるのも嬉しい。 ホテルに連泊するより安い。

立地的な問題だが雨が降ると外が多少下水臭い。 部屋の中は問題ない。 お湯は出るが調整難しい。捻るとこの取り付け間違ってる気がする。

安いし、綺麗だった。 おすすめ

気にならない程度だが、シャワールームが少し古い匂いがする。共用部分やベランダはとても綺麗とは言えない。
