1. Есть все необходимое для проживания: стиральная машина, микроволновка, духовка, чайник, сковородки и т.д 2. Вид на море - это самый приятный бонус. Пляж близко к отелю. 3. Рядом есть магазин, выпечка, джелатто. Можно съезжать в соседние города, если станет скучно.
1. При заселении квартира не была убрана тщательным образом, валялись волосы на полу и были слои пыли. Мне пришлось убирать квартиру и при заселении и при выселении. 2. В квартире плохая шумоизоляция: 3 ночи из 6, что мы там были, с 2 до 5 утра громко разговаривали соседи, все было слышно. 3. В подъезде не работает свет, из-за чего мой муж подвернул ногу в последний день, когда мы выселялись рано утром и еще было недостаточно света на улице.

Appartamento davvero molto carino, con terrazza vista mare e ben fornito. Staff gentilissimo, pulizia ottima, posizione vicino alla spiaggia sia attrezzata che libera. Forno, bar, supermercato sotto casa.
L'appartamento si trova più vicino alla stazione di Cavi (12 min a piedi) che a quella di Lavagna (25 min).

casa moderna e funzionale compresa di tutti i confort lavastoviglie,forno, microonde e lavatrice. 3 minuti dal mare sotto casa bar, forno e supermercato posizione fantastica la proprietaria di casa gentilissima e disponibilissima vacanza perfetta sono stata la settimana di ferragosto con il mio compagno e mio figlio di 2 anni tutto perfetto ci torneremo sicuramente
