Good location in relation to Lavagna station - a few direct trains per day to the CInque Terre villages or change at Sestri Levante. Extremely clean apartment, had everything I could have needed. Friendly host with good communications. Some snacks, water & breakfast goods were left in the apartment, this was a nice touch. Everything needed for laundry was also there.
Maybe try to improve the check-in process - it was a little unusual to be greeted by all of the family to be shown around the apartment. Small item - would be good to have a shelf or rack in the shower for storing of personal shampoo etc.

Se dovessi consigliare un posto dove soggiornare a Lavagna sarebbe questo. La signora ci ha tenuto il posto per la macchina davanti alla struttura, ben accessibile, e ha esaudito la nostra richiesta di avere le chiavi la mattina, avendo un figlio disabile e una persona anziana. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita, curata nei dettagli, fornita di ogni confort, persino migliore delle aspettative. Avevamo due cani che sono stati accolti senza problemi e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dall'ospitalità. Aria condizionata, vista mare, cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, 2 comodi letti matrimoniali, balcone tranquillo. Davvero ottimo!

Vicino al centro, alla spiaggia.
La strada principale è rumorosa, ma grazie alle finestre benisolante l’appartamento restava abbastanza silenzioso.
