October was perfect to stay cause it was silent, no people around and we were walking to the beach bear foot The apartment was comfortable for us, 3 friends Kitchen was very well equipped In October you need a car to stay there cause there are no proper shops in the walking distance around in the whole area of Glyfada

No spectacular view from the balcony You see the night club and other buildings, not the sea At least from our floor But it didn’t bother us 2 minutes and you are at the beach

We really liked the apartment. All the rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Self check-in was very easy – they sent us clear instructions the day before our arrival. The private parking was a big plus, especially since the area in front of the beach gets very crowded after 10 AM. The beach is just a 1-minute walk away, and there are also plenty of other great beach options nearby.

I was very surprised that none of the other reviews mentioned the club located right in front of the property. They host a DJ party every evening from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, buses full of teenagers arrive, and they usually leave around 11:00 PM. After the party ends, many of them hang around outside the bar near the fast food stand, shouting and chatting until the buses pick them up. Judging by the poster on the club's gate, it happens every night throughout August, so it was very noisy and I wouldn't recommend staying at the place if this bothers you. Because of this, we often went to other cities for the beach and only returned late after dinner to avoid the loud music. It might only be like this in August, but it's definitely something to be aware of. Additionally, there aren’t any decent dining options nearby. There are only 2 or 3 places around, all rated about 2 stars on Google, so we didn’t try them. To find good food, you need to drive to the nearest village.

Das Apartment war OK, geräumig, mit gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage auch sehr gut, fast direkt am Strand.

Das Bad mit billig Duschvorhang das nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad unser Wasser stand. Es gibt leider nur telefonischen Kontakt. Mann muss selber putzen, sauber machen da es den Service nicht gibt und das für den gesamten Aufenthalt nur den einen Satz Hand-Badetücher gibt. Das haben wir zum ersten Mal erlebt. Zum Glück konnte ich mich in der Landessprache verständigen und nach einem Telefonat wurden uns nachträglich frische Tücher geliefert. Die Arbeiter von der Bar wohnen direkt daneben und da die WM angefangen hat haben sie jeden Abend Fussball auf dem Balkon angeschaut, war halt ein bisschen lauter.
