The TV didn’t work well but that wasn’t a big problem. But we also didn’t know how to get hot water, so we only had cold.

L’agence a été trompeuse et non professionnelle. Nous avions demandé si les escaliers étaient accessibles pour ma mère de 74 ans et on nous a assuré que oui. En réalité, les escaliers étaient très étroits et dangereux, avec une simple corde en guise de rampe. Elle a dû dormir sur le canapé toute la semaine, ce qui a complètement gâché notre séjour. L'agence n'a voulu prendre aucune responsabilité et s'est comportée très injustement sans aucun sense de relation clientèle. The agency was misleading and unprofessional. We enquired about the stairs’ accessibility for my 74-year-old mother and were assured everything was fine. In reality, the stairs were very narrow and unsafe, with only a rope as handrail. She had to sleep on the sofa for a week, which completely ruined our stay. The agency has refused to take any responsibility and acted rather unfairly with a shoking lack of customer service.
