The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the pool area looks great, and the breakfast is also very good.

The service was very poor, especially considering the price of the hotel. Unfortunately, it felt like the hotel was significantly understaffed, possibly in an attempt to reduce costs, but this had a major impact on the overall guest experience. During both days of our stay, room service took around 1–1.5 hours. At dinner, there was only one waiter serving approximately 20 tables, which naturally resulted in very slow service. The jacuzzi in our room also did not seem to be properly cleaned. This was quite unpleasant, especially when you realize that many other guests may have used it before. There was also an event taking place during our stay, with many external visitors who were not hotel guests. As a result, we could not even find a table at breakfast. If you ordered anything from the breakfast menu, the waiting time could again be around 1–1.5 hours, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel in this price category. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, but the level of service seriously affects the experience. I believe this is something that urgently needs to be improved. Unfortunately, despite liking the property itself, we are not planning to return anytime soon.

the location is good close to the city. the breakfast was good quality and the main pool area is full of sunbeds so can find privacy

when we entered to the room it was dirty and we asked to do again mapping. Our small pool inside the room was also dirty and the temp of the water was cold and not invited, we call to ask how to make the machine work so the pool will be more clean but no one know to guide us. the stairs that take us to the room was all those 2 days full of water and it was dangerous In the morning around 08 started class in the main pool and it was loud and disturb us to sleep
