Great location right at the centre of jeans street in Kojima so everything was walking distance. The staff were super nice and amenities great: shared spaces, coffee tea and internet super useful !

Stayed with my 18yo son. Staff is 100% committed to ensuring a comfortable stay. They speak English and are quite knowledgeable about the immediate area and even other places to travel in the greater Okayama area. Location is really great - walk out of the hotel and you're right on the main street. Shared shower / bathrooms were completely fine. Nice little cafe across the street.
Honestly I don't really have much to say regarding improvements. It was a great quality-to-price ratio.
