Beautiful pool area and great being on top of the mall.
We booked a king bed and was given 2 singles. Not ideal when my partner and I are in a long distance relationship. With no offer or complimentary breakfast as compensation.
The noise in the building was insane, children running and screaming from 5am onwards. So loud.
Booked a massage for 9pm. They arrived at 9.30 for an hours massage and gave us 45 mins of one of the worst massages I’ve ever had.
The shower design means the water floods the bathroom floor every time you shower.
Won’t be staying there again
