The apartment is pristine and in an excellent location. The staff at the gate were very welcoming and helpful. So were the housekeeping staff, especially Salome, who gave me valuable information on places to go and what to see while in Nairobi.
It would have been nice to meet the host so I could explain small nuances, like the lamp in the bedroom wasn't working properly, but otherwise it was an amazing experience.

The property is simply amazing, the apartment is simple and neat with all the essentials but on top of that the rooftop area is to die for, the pool is nice and clean, the gym is well equiped and the lounge area is simply amazing. The neighborhood is very nice close to all amenities. I will definitately book this again for my next trip.

The privacy ,the cleanliness,the pool with the view of Nairobi was amazing .
I didn’t get briefing about using the room card to access most of facilities but I figured it out though ,so I think they should add that with the room code sent on email .
