Location was great on Argwings Kodhak.
The flat itself was slightly smaller than expected but cosy and well enough equipped that we were able to survive for a short stay.
Owner was very responsive on WhatsApp and asked for feedback on how to improve.
Gym was well-equipped.
Kitchen was a bit lacking in terms of utensils (i.e. no decent sharp knife), crockery and cutlery, and the toaster was not working.
No soft/warm lighting meant that the flat was sometimes too bright/cold, especially in the bedroom before sleep.
Lifts were a bit slow/sometimes smelled off. (Not the owner's fault.)

NAgyon jó ízléssel berendezett, kényelmes lakás. kiváló kommunikáció a szállásadóval, jól szervezett rendszer, tájékozott, segítőkész portások. Jó környék. Jól felszerelt konyha, mosógép, szárító: hosszabb tartózkodásra is alkalmas.
A fürdőszobában nem tudtam a melegvizet bekapcsolni.

The property is clean, the kitchen utensils are abundant, the location was in close proximity to my place of interest (Marriott) and a place to shop. The people are friendly.
I wish the pillows were softer. The table is spacious, but the stools aren’t comfortable for working long hours on a laptop since they don’t have backrests. After checkout, if you have some time before heading to the airport, be aware that there’s no waiting area in the building (according to the guards). I spent the time at Jave House, a popular and nice café chain within walking distance of the hotel.
