T8 Penthouse Suite

We recently stayed at T8 Penthouse Apartment in Arncliffe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by our wonderful host Yan after showing us where to park in the secure underground carpark and then escorted to our room. The bedroom itself was excellent – modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. It included a private ensuite, air conditioning, TV, desk, Wi-Fi charging ports, and a window with plenty of natural light. The room offered everything needed for a relaxing stay. The 8th floor balcony off the living room and rooftop balconty on the 9th floor has amazing views and the fireworks at Darling Harbour can be seen on a Saturday night. One thing that surprised us on arrival was that Yan, the host and her partner lives in the apartment. Guests should be aware that while the bedroom and ensuite are completely private, the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas are shared with the hosts. However, this quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Yan was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel more like guests in a home than visitors in accommodation. We even shared a bottle of wine together at the dining table and enjoyed a fun-filled evening of conversation and laughter. Despite the language barrier with Yan's partner, we all managed to communicate wonderfully and had a memorable time. We will definitely be booking this again. Thank you Yan and partner for a truely fabulous stay.

We couldn't fault anything we didn't like. If the thought of sharing with the hosts may change your mind for staying there, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. There are pleanty of restaurants, cafes, Woolworths, the Arncliffe Scotts Club and Arcliffe Railway Station within 10 minutes walking distance if you just want to then keep to yourself when you return to your private bedroom and ensuite.

It is close to the airport, A large bedroom & bathroom with a large bed and good shower pressure also good for tall people. Everything was clean and well presented.

Location was convenient to the airport. Short walk from one of three train stations, or easy to catch a taxi. Great view of the city skyline as advertised, though this is from the shared balcony as opposed to from the rented room. Close to Brighton beach, or a moderate train ride into the city. Host was very friendly and encouraged me to make myself at home with the kitchen and coffee facilities. Room and en suite was clean and well maintained.
