Historic Birthplace Loft by House and People

The location of the property was very central to the historical centre and easy to access. I loved the facilities in the property with a good small kitchen, ideal for a solo traveller. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioner worked exceptionally well.

Cama muito confortável, AC funciona bem, excelente luz natural, check in cómodo e prático. Excelente localização! Tudo limpo. Recomendo!

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the historic old town of Guimaraes with restaurants, cafes and the main historic sites. It’s a little difficult to find when you first collect the key because the apartment is up a side alley, but the instructions provided are really good.

Parking is a little bit of a pain, there are a couple of multi story car parks within an 8 minute walk, but I was out and about quite a bit, and it felt like a bit of a chore. I was also a female solo traveller and would have preferred late at night to be able to park closer. Small thing but no bedside lamps in the apartment, and the bath towels were very small, so please include bigger bath towels for next guests.

Proximidade centro histórico, limpeza no geral

Estar os 3 dias de estadia sem luz eléctrica no hall de entrada e nas escadas, ambos sem qualquer luz natural (alojamento fica no segundo andar) mesmo depois de ter reportado a situação duas vezes. Não haver produtos higiene no WC e detergente na cozinha. Não conseguir sintonizar a TV nos canais portugueses (situação reportada). Ter que procurar o modem (estava dentro de um quadro elétrico na parede!) para encontrar a pass da net. A mesa e cadeiras da varanda não estavam limpas. Não ter um pequeno sofá para duas pessoas, só tem uma poltrona!
