This accommodation deserves more than the maximum 10 score. It was perfect for us. Extremely clean and so comfortable. The air con and WiFi worked very well. Location great, just a few minutes walk to historic centre. Free parking very close by (1-2 minutes walk). Kitchen great for preparing simple meals. Outside space a real bonus. The staff, both cleaner and office staff were amazing, fabulous communication, very friendly and accommodating. Supermarket Froiz 6 mins walk. We had a fabulous meal at the Green Bistro vegetarian restaurant 5 minutes walk away, and another lovely meal at Restaurant Alma.

Basically EVERYTHING. From the first minute to the last second. The comfort, the location, the friendliness of the people who greeted us and the host.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment close to the city center. Its nice kitchen is good for staying for days.

Strict checkin time with no luggage storage. Bathroom is small.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and suitably located with parking and town access. Check-in and correspondence nice and easy until the owners in our opinion profiteered on a Booking.com glitch. The house keeper was lovely.

Upon booking we searched for an apartment for 4 guests. We chose this one as it had 2 double beds and a sofa bed, therefore catering for my family. Due to unforeseen circumstances had to bring our young son who could have used the sofa bed. Upon our arrival just a couple of hours later I was questioned on the number of guests in the apartment, 5. It was made clear to me that the booking was made for 2 adults. I contacted booking com who advised me there must have been a glitch when we booked. The owners then forced us to pay another 15 euro per person per night for a 6 nights. We booked a suitable apartment and they clearly profiteered from an electronic admin error. The owners were neither flexible or understanding if not rather blunt. We were literally threatened with being chucked out with no refund and money demanded to be paid by the end of the night. To be honest it ruined the enjoyment of our stay. Upon looking up this property again for another week the price was the same for 4 guests as 2 guests. It was a real shame as it would have had a 5 star rating. We simply chose, booked and paid for an apartment to meet our needs without being deceitful and received a stealth charge by opportunistic illigiitimate profiteers. As far as we were concerned the price was for apartment not number of guests. Cheeky!
