Intira Villa Rawai 2 bedrooms Villa

Vila byla velmi pohodlná a hlavně jsme ocenili terasu s bazénem.

Good location, fantastic interior and exterior including great pool area and car port

No personal assistance at all during stay (even when the neighbours were very loud playing music until 1:45 am or when we reported the broken shower and had to report it a second time to have it repaired. Very limited bath towels provided for a stay of 10 days for a couple and no new sheets during that time (that is far too long not to have fresh sheets provided). Great villa but no care at all (not met to hand over keys of help address any issues.

Location was perfect - but only if you have a scooter to get around. Right in-between Nai Harn and Rawai, and also really close to Chalong Circle, so you're in the middle of everything. Really nice space, locked gates, quiet street, and the managing agents were very responsive which was great Nearby to great food places, Thai and Western, and a 7/11 and Family Mart both about a 3 min scoot away, along with washing machines which came in handy! The swimming pool was great, loved coming back from training and being able to jump in!

The villa could do with some mosquito door screens - it was really hard to have the doors open without getting swarmed by bugs. The AC wasn't the best either, and was actually not working in either bedroom for the first couple of nights. The pump for the pool also stopped working so we had no use of the swimming pool for about 4 days. Slight issue with the drains too, the smell would get everywhere but I think that's probably unavoidable
