It was clean and warm.

The Wi-Fi didn’t reach to our caravan and the double bed was uncomfortably soft.

Amazing spacious caravan - beautifully clean and inviting. Great location within the site with nothing too far away. A real bonus to have a hard standing for our vehicle as the grass areas were boggy due to recent weather. The on site staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful

While we loved it on arrival it was not fully equipped with pots pans utensils or patio curtains. I think the site was unusually busy for the time of year. Saying this the staff were absolutely amazing and sorted it really quickly

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed but was not what I originally booked.

The property was fine but the staff were not the easiest to deal with. There were changes to what I had booked and when I tried to contact someone while I was there I was unable to get hold of anyone either in person or on the phone.

We have stayed in a very similar caravan in the same location under Park Dean's management. The caravan is decent size. Its within walking distance towards the beach, so it was convenient for the kids.

Firstly, the park is taken over by John Fowler holidays, from Park Deans. My experience with Park Deans has been great. If you check JF Holiday reviews, its a 2 star and the complaints varies from rooms not being clean to people turning up at check in time to find their booking isnt there. So instead of booking through JF, I booked with booking.com - but the issue now is I am not sure if I overpaid for the caravan that advertised in JF website to this. But I just needed the sense of security. Second, they send advance email about what you should bring. Practically your whole house. The idea of going to these holidays is ease off things - ParkDean supplied towels. not JF. We have to bring our own towels along with other accessories, which was annoying. We got there at 2.30pm and didnt get checked in until 4.30pm, which was frustrating as check in time was 4pm. On the day of check out, we were expected to check out at 10am (previously was 11am allowable to 12noon). And they asked to book swimming through their app (which is rated 2 star in app store) and as correctly as its rated, I couldnt book through the app. It has to be walk-in. Queue to walk in? at least 30 people ahead and they only allow 14 persons for the time slot. Simply put, we couldn't use their swimming facilities. In other words, we used this particular park to cook, sleep and use the private toilet facilities as nothing else was available.

Size worked for the family, layout perfect and very clean.
