Sehr gute geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit schöner Ausstattung. Leider nur die zweite Etage und durch eine starke Bewaldung etwas dunkel. Sonnenlicht darf nicht erwartet werden, dafür sicherlich kühler im Sommer. Sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Parkplatz im Haus Goldwert!
Dreimaliger Besuch des Büros der Verwaltung, da Erklärungen und Fehlinformationen in den übergebenen Unterlagen vorlagen. Eine Informationsmappe mit aktuellen Daten in verschiedenen Sprachen wären hilfreich gewesen.
