Estamos encantados con la propiedad, todo inmaculado, super limpio y José super majo. Nos ha encantado en concepto de terraza privada (una abajo y otra arriba al lado de la pisci). Situada muy cerca de la playa y en zona chula donde viven también la gente local.

Soon after booking this apartment we were messaged by the owner who gave us details about arrangements for when we arrived. Communication was excellent with Pedro and Ana who met us at the property when we arrived and showed us the facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need - toiletries, dishwasher tabs included! It is decorated simply and stylish and all very new and clean. Underground parking space provided and access to various outdoor seating spaces. We walked to beach and to bars for drinks in the evening .Nothing not to like whatsoever. Pool on the roof very nice too.

The apartment was on the ground floor on a block of approx 18 apartments. The road to the front could be noisy, especially at night and we did not therefore sleep very well. This was fed back directly to the owner who assured us he would look into it so they can fix/ improve the situation. Double glazing should sort it . Lovely to have such a positive response from the owner !

Perfect location … beautiful inside and out. Spotlessly clean. Had everything in it you need … it really was home from home .

Only the waterfall in the pool wasn’t working. But it didn’t change our minds on this property

Amazing communication from the Ana and pedro, they made sure we could speak to them at any point during our stay. We were Left a manual of things to do around the area, local restaurants and made sure to stay in contact if we needed anything at any point. We had three private terraces located around the property, so we always had the sun! The pool area was great and was very quiet. Room was excellent, everything is clean and to a high standard. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Los Alcazares
