Poloha apartmánu blízko jezera cca 10 minut pěšší chůze. Podzemní garáž v ceně. Venkovní žaluzie byly dobré, protože okna vedla do rušné ulice. Byt byl prostorný, čistý, kuchyňka se základním vybavením. Kuchyňská linka mohla být větší, prostoru tam je dost, na velké vaření to není. Na pár dní to ale stačilo. V koupelně je pračka, využili jsme ji.
Není tam klasická klimatizace. Chlazení a topení uložené ve zdech se nám nelíbilo, byt působil příliš studeně, až vlhce, neschly nám plavky. Bylo doporučeno neotvírat okna, ale nebyl tam čerstvý vzduch, stejně jsme museli vyvětrat, aby se vzduch hýbal. Při otevřeném okně byl velký hluk z ulice, pod okny je obchod s alkoholem. Trochu nepříjemné bylo, že dlažba v okolí domu není rovná, člověk musel dávat pozor, kam šlape. To ale není chyba ubytovatele.

Gute Lage, Tiefgaragenplatz im Preis enthalten, Fenster nur zur Nordseite, war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Gut ausgestattete Küche

Було відчуття що нас чекали,пострілі заправлені,кофеварка з капсулами для першого прийому ранкової кави, все красиво та охайно. Ми почувались як в дома. Рекомендую це помешкання!!!
