A very, very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and well-stocked apartment in the immediate vicinity of the town center and the lake—exactly as described. It is situated in a great location in a quiet part of town, with a large private parking area right next to the apartment, set back from the road. The owner is friendly and helpful; in short, you won't be disappointed with this accommodation! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Larisa!

Отличные апартаменты . Удобные , чистые . Тень весь день . Балкон не большой но вполне хватает места на двоих . Хорошая кровать. Приятное постельное белье. Большая открытая парковка во дворе под шлагбаумом . Есть возможность поставить машину в тень .

Good communication with the host and very quick assistance whenever needed. Convenient location and the availability of parking were a big plus. We also appreciated that swimming rings for the lake were already available in the apartment, so we did not need to buy them ourselves.
A few minor downsides: the kitchen was slightly lacking in cookware, and the frying pans had no non-stick coating, so they were difficult to use for cooking. There was also construction work taking place opposite the building, and sometimes there was noise late at night.
