It’s in a central location close to the Chitose station and airport.
The check in system is too complicated and we experienced malfunctioning and were unable to check in as planned on the first day. We had to check in another hotel and asked for a refund for the first day. The staff were helpful and gave us a refund.

Plenty of space and we were able to do laundry. We could walk to a restaurant for dinner and there are several conbini not too far.
A little bit better directions for how to get to the property / where to park might have been helpful. Our phone mapping with the address provided took us to the wrong side of the building and there are a couple of busy streets that made it a little hard to get around and into the parking lot. But that was only a small challenge. After that all was fine.

Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable.
Stairs outside were steep and no handrails. iPad was difficult to use and the setup for getting into apartment was too complicated.
