Amazing hospitality by the staff and the dinner and breakfast were phemomenal! The onsen at the nearby hotel was also accessible and it was definitely value-for-money to book the private onsen.

Shuttle bus from Chitose Station was very convenient but note that you have to give them a call to book your slot!

Cozy and warm vibe. Specious room, we took a room with mini theater and its was so fun watching Netflix. The staffs were really helpful, we don’t eat meat and the head chef change the breakfast menu for us and we were so grateful for that. Highly recommended this hotel

Room had a balcony and a jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. You have complimentary access to an onsen in amother property, less than 5 mins walking distance. It may be a bit inconvenient during winter, but I visited in June and it was not a problem. They have complimentary Gelato after dinner. The breakfast was western style but with a Japanese touch: very enjoyable. The staff member I interacted with was kind and spoke excellent English.

The breakfast is more about quality than quantity, so if you are planning to go for a hike you may need to integrate it. The town itself was empty at 6pm on a Thursday night it June.
