I was told the lock box key code was the last 4 digits of my telephone no. This did not work and I had to call the owner to find that it was a totally different code.

The property was as discribed. The house it is self is very spacious and in a good location with all facilities needed.
, the floors are very creaky. The carpet in the living room is very used and could do with a deep clean. The banister leading to the property could do with a repaint

Fold out bed was not fit for purpose,no mattress. we had to buy an inflatable for the second night

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and warm.
No mention of 2 flights of stairs in the information about the property. The beds definitely need new mattresses as uncomfortable. Parking was also very tight and needs to be explained fully when booked.
