Definetly a comfortable home away from home, Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with our young family close to all the ammenities and activities rotorua has to offer, lovely quiet street and off road parking close to house.

The room is suitable for three generations of us, and we are very satisfied with the number of rooms and beds.
Upon arrival, I couldn't believe it was a habitable place. It was surrounded by construction ruins. Excavators and construction fences were parked on the back lot and driveway. We hadn't been informed of this beforehand. Entering the room, however, felt okay.

The location is great, we all love it. The house is nice and clean. It is spacious and really a good place for our group. I would recommend this place and would gladly come back here too .
Out of the 3 rooms, one room does not have a heater. Another room also has a heater but we can't find the socket. The fying pan wasn't cleaned properly so I have cleaned it properly to remove all the old black/burnt "thing" on it, but these are just minors things but just want to mention for improvement. Hiwever, in general , this place is a very nice place to stay.
