Terra Sayan is the travel experience I think will stay at the top of my list for always. It truly is a place that you can reset to your own true rhythm again, thanks to the gentleness of the ricefields, the panoramic peaceful views, rooms that feel like they are formed from the area themselves. I was introduced to my new most important breakfast. It was truly healing! Please try "WARM HEALING Congee of rice with Balinese paste,vegetables, chicken and soft boiled egg" cooked with such love and smiles you can taste it. Above all, I cannot speak highly enough about the warmest, most genuine staff members I have known. I was welcomed with such kindness and genuine joy, I felt I was part of a very important story unfolding. Thank you Terra Sayan Team (Family)

Relaxing place to chill and enjoy ubud

The breakfast was really lovely and sitting and in the restaurant in the morning was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were so friendly and were very happy to help which made my stay overall very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.

The tv/ music noise between apartments travels a little and the privacy is slightly challenging between the Terra and a neighbouring complex. However, this would not deter me from staying again.

A quiet place to stay while visiting Ubud. Facitlities ok.

The hosts gave us the correct address to access the property. They had a buggy to take people form the carpark o the hotel.

The pool was a bit of a let down. it was dirty and th steps into the poole were slippery with grime. There were no deck chairs or lungers at the poole side. Howeer the host said if we wante them he could get some. I think they should have been there to start with. The bathroom was a bit dated and not what we expected for what we paid. Over all for what booking.com called a high rated faciity, we do not agree, we believe it was over priced. The location was peaceful and the hosts working at the faciity were amazingly helpful and polite. The Terra Sayan was pleasant, but could have been better for the price.

Great stay

I had a wonderful stay at Terra Sayan! Everything was perfect — the room was clean, the place was peaceful, and the pool was such a nice spot to relax after exploring Ubud. Breakfasts have been delicious (pineapple juice is a must) !!! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and I especially want to mention the waiter, who was always so friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again!

Best staff and service, we liked the kindness of the resort staff. The villa was nice. They decorations was nice and the view was magnificent. The Cafe outside is so cozy. The Cafe staff were very friendly.

The location a bit difficult to reach but they offer a buggy service which makes very easy and they always response quickly.

Quaint and comfortable villa off the beaten path

The room was spacious, pool was nice, and the staff was very responsive and accommodating.

The only minor inconvenience is that the hotel is not directly accessible by car. They do a good job running a golf cart back and forth to a pickup point so not a big problem just requires a little planning ahead.

A peaceful escape surrounded by nature, while also learning about the Balinese way of life.

The breakfast was an absolute delight, fresh local ingredients with a beautiful Balinese touch. The view from the dining area overlooking the jungle and river was breathtaking. The location in Sayan felt like a peaceful retreat, yet was still close to Ubud town. We especially loved the organic garden and the natural surroundings. It felt authentic and serene.

The perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature

I had an amazing stay! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed very comfortable and peaceful. The pool area was also a highlight super relaxing, with a beautiful view of the rice fields. I especially loved waking up to the serene scenery every morning. It was such a peaceful escape. I’d definitely love to come back someday.

Incredible stay and incredibly blessed to live in Bali knowing how everything is based on agricultural life.

I absolutely love how thoughtful everything is, from the moment I checked in up until I left was a once in a lifetime experience (even though I am balinese). I really learned about the traditional balinese way of living by immersing myself into the activities they offer. Sleep was tranquil, the ricefield paddies were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely bring my partner along as well.

Nothing! This could be a solitude centric boutique villa, would not recommend this to family oriented stays. It’s the perfect gateaway for me from the city living i’m used to.

Nous avons passé un séjour super agréable et reposant. Le confort de la chambre avec la piscine privée. La tranquillité des lieux La nourriture est exceptionnelle ( nous vous conseillons vraiment le baramundi avec les épinards, un vrai régale ) Le personnel est tellement adorable et attentionné.

Rien,Qui aurait pu ternir notre séjour. Il y a toutefois un petit soucis d’insonorisation. Mais pour notre part, ça ne nous a pas énormément dérangé.

Hotelik z dużym potencjałem.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, szczególnie w restauracji (pozdrowienia dla całego zespołu w restauracji). Bardzo dobre śniadania, z karty ale można poprosić o modyfikację lub zwiększenie porcji. Cicha lokalizacja. Ostatnie ok. 100 m dojazd hotelowym "melexem" - samochodem nie da rady. Wokół pola ryżowe. Sporo restauracji i kawiarni w zasięgu 10 - 15 minut spacerem. Woda do picia w pokoju dostarczana w szklanych butelkach. Bardzo dobra relacja jakości do ceny.

Trzeba było prosić o zmianę ręczników. Oświetlenie mogłoby być bardziej przyjazne (lepsza lokalizacja - aby nie świeciło po oczach, pełniejsze oświetlenie - są miejsca niedoświetlone i ciplejsza barwa - część lamp o zimnej barwie). Duża wilgoć w pokoju (nic nie chciało schnąć), chociaż to może efekt deszczowej pogody.
