Clean very well maintained, exactly as described

Wow! Mai trovato persone così cordiali e disposte ad aiutarti , John e tutto il suo staff adorabile, disponibili, ve lo consiglio con il cuore se andate a Ubud.

Posso dire che non ho trovato nulla che non andava, la villa molto pulita e un angolo di paradiso!

Страхотна вила близо сред оризовите поля, районът около нея - Sayan - е като приказка. На около 30 минути пеша си от центъра, но когато се прибиреш вечер във вилата е сякаш си на село - тишина, уют и небе обсипано със звезди. Бясейнът беше приказен, прекарах дни само в него 😀 Във вилата имаше всичко необходимо, а персоналът бе на разположение запвсяко нещо. Изключително мили и загрижени. Препоръчвам вилата на 100%! Надявам се скоро да се върна пак.

Всичко беше идеално.

Niluh is all about rustic charm - great if it's your first Bali villa. Can imagine staying there for a month to edit a book - it's that sort of place. Staff are earnest and generally responsive. Pool and garden well maintained. Property responded appropriately and promptly when challenged with a major issue (see below).

Aircon is weak. Furnishings hard to use (e.g., table way too tall for the chairs provided). No fan for the outdoor space/porch (would've helped a lot). No mozzie coils provided (indoors yes, outdoors no). BUT WE BOOKED FOR 4 NIGHTS AND LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT BECAUSE ON AFTERNOON 2 WE FOUND A HIGHLY VENOMOUS SNAKE IN OUR BATHROOM. Staff came immediately to deal with it, and it's not their "fault" that snakes exist in rice paddy areas. But my wife was extremely freaked out and there was no way we were gonna be able to relax after that. Also, the property has no proper website, and their info is ALL OVER THE PLACE. no restaurant but a room-service menu you can order from; unless they don't have what you want, in which case they may tell or or they may not. Breakfast was billed on the booking dot com site as exceptional; it was just meh.
