Very Spacious 2 Bath Free Parking

It was a legit transaction and the property was just as posted in the advert. It was clean when we used and has been prepared for the guests. The internet wifi was excellent and provided us fast internet with no issues. The furnitures are nice, the design was fabulous. Plenty of chairs for everyone. We are consisted of 3 families (total of 10pax) and our family of 3 stayed in the attic, which is an excellent choice (new carpets and nice bedroom furnishings). The location is 10mins from the city centre via taxi and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We had no issues within the area. We did not meet the owner but the check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and the owner is very responsive. There was a security deposit upon check-in which will be given back after 7 days (still waiting for this as we only checked out today). The check-in process was smooth and you will be directed to a website where you will upload your picture and IDs. Same with your deposit, it is all online. Overall, we are very pleased to find this property and we had enjoyed our stay and the house.

These are the things we have noticed whilst our stay: 1. The wooden floors in the living room, it has some couple of holes and would need repairing someday. 2. The carpets in the 1st floor rooms can be replaced as it gives some foul smell at first. 3. There were limited kitchen pans, this could be provided next time or inform guest what to expect. We had to buy a frying pan just to be able to cook. Anyhow, there were plenty of plates, glasses and cutleries. Other appliances were also available. 4. The heater for the radiator was not working, we tried to turn it on but there were no instructions how to do it. This would be helpful if there was a prompt sheet where guest can follow especially in winter.

Great spacious property with plenty of seating areas. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-kept throughout. Anfield is only a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a good selection of takeaway food options nearby too. Our only criticism is that there are no blackout blinds or curtains; once the sun rises, the rooms become quite bright and also heat up quickly.

It would definitely benefit from blackout blinds or curtains, plus a couple of portable fans—especially during a heatwave. Not essential, but one or two full-length mirrors would also be really handy for getting ready or taking photos.
