Verkehrsgünstige Lage, nicht zu laut. Guter Schnitt der Wohnung, separates WC, gute Duschmöglichkeit. Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Und: Tiefgaragenplatz, was in Wien ein großer Vorteil ist.

Overlooking the road , it is quite noisy. Windows (double glazed) have to be kept closed.

We loved our stay here for so many reasons. The apartment is cozy, homely, very clean, and well-equipped. We really enjoyed preparing our meals in the kitchen before heading out to explore beautiful Vienna. The location is excellent; close to major sights and public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. The host was very nice and kind, and the contactless check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer visit next time!

The free parking space is very tight, but manageable. Still, it's a plus in an area where parking is otherwise hard to find.

Der offensiv beworbene Parkplatz in einer engen Kellergarage reicht höchstens für Kleinwagen - gemessene Breite 248 cm mit Wänden rechts und links.! Mit unserem X3 konnte ich nur rückwärts einparken, das ging aber nur, wenn ein anderer freier Parkplatz zum Wenden zur Verfügung stand. Leider war dies einmal nicht der Fall, so dass wir nachts auf der Straße parken mussten, zum Glück am Wochenende. Alle Fenster zeigen zur Südseite auf eine gut befahrene Straße, somit war Lüften erst ab 21 Uhr möglich.
