Heel mooi appartement, perfecte ligging, proper en uitstekend equipering

Très moderne et très calme avec tout le confort. Proche de la plage et de la rue commerçante. Le parking privé est un grand avantage (mais attention pour les grosses voitures). La terrasse est très sympathique. Machine à laver qui a l’option séchoir. Matériel en abondance dans la cuisine, Très propre et le propriétaire est très réactif.
Un fer à repasser et cela aurait été parfait. La deuxième chambre serait plus pour 1 adulte ou 2 enfants. Il y a néanmoins un canapé lit dans le salon,

De ligging tegenover het strand , winkels , restaurant en tramhaltes . De rust en stilte tijdens de nacht . De garage die bij het appartement hoort .
Het appartement heeft een goede poetsbeurt nodig zoals de vensters en de vloeren . Verschillende kookpotten zijn aan vervanging toe . De thermostatische kraan van de douche is inwendig zo hard verkalkt dat de bediening zeer moeilijk is en dit een gevaar vormt . Een plastieken kom om de afwas in te doen zou hygienischer zijn . Vuilbakje in de wc vervangen ( verroest ) en 1 voorzien in de badkamer.
