Location and apartment.

Check-in did not go that well as instructions were finally received 40 minutes after check-in time. I phoned twice and got no answer. AND IT WAS RAINING. For me, that’s a big problem. ALSO response time from management needs improvement. Check in instructions should also be supplemented with photos because I found the apartment hard to find.
