Elegant Flat x3 w Parking!

Відпочивала разом із 3-річним сином понад 10 днів. Помешкання неймовірно зручне, затишне, красиве, усе зроблено, ніби для себе найкращим чином. Будинок також новий та чистий. В помешканні є абсолютно усе, що може вам знадобитися. Турбота господарів просто в кожній шухляді ❤️ готувати - суцільне задоволення, бо ви знайдете абсолютно усі необхідні приналежності, крім того є багато красивого посуду, тому вечеря вдома буде ще й дуже естетично приємною. Море за 1,5 хвилини ходьби від будівлі, поряд є кілька супермаркетів, магазин з домашньою італійською пастою, равіолі, в наступному кварталі магазинчик з рибою та морепродуктами, також поряд є ресторани, кондитерські, аптека. Наш відпочинок був неймовірно комфортним завдяки цьому помешканню ❤️

This was a virtually brand new apartment in an excellent location for using the beach, walking the promenade or doing just about anything in Vlore. Great kitchen with new appliances including a microwave and oven. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Check-in was easy as we were met by Vanda who gave us a thorough orientation. The apartment was also stocked with many of the amenities that would allow you to skip the early shopping trip, including laundry detergent, soaps, paper products, etc. Grocery markets, a bakery and fruit stands all within a 2 minute walk and many good restaurants within a short distance. Also the beach was 5 minutes away with a choice of paid umbrellas and chairs or a free public beach. Highly recommend!

We rented these apartments in early September. The apartment is in a very convenient location - the beach, restaurants, shops - all within a few minutes walk. The owner Albina was very friendly, always happy to help. The apartment on the 3rd floor was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even more. The apartments are new with good design solutions. For an additional fee, you can park your car in the underground parking lot. Despite the fact that the apartments did not have a sea view, we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back here at the next opportunity.

Appartamento nuovo e pulito con balconcino, Wi-Fi e aria condizionata. Al terzo piano di un palazzo nuovo con ascensore. Vicinissimo al lungomare di Valona e circa 40 miinuti a piedi dal centro storico. Consigliatissimo per soggiorni brevi e lunghi per chi sceglie Valona. Parcheggio incluso sotto il palazzo molto comodo se si viaggia in auto (visto che a Valona è molto difficile trovare un parcheggio per strada). Staff super disponibile e cordiale. La signora che ti accoglie parla italiano. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo.
