Local fechado, estacionamento seguro, torneira quente, chuveiro bem quente, toalhas otimas, roupas de cama boas, mantas e cobertores otimos, silencio em geral. Cafeteira excelente, TV bem grande. Iluminação solar otima, pega sol o dia inteiro nas janelas.
Internet muito fraca. Geladeira com problema. Falta de prateleiras em geral. Apenas 1 pano de pratos. Falta de um varal.

Gostei que a haviam roupa de cama, toalhas. A cama era bem confortável.
Como trata-se de um pequeno apartamento, deveria ter utensílios de cozinha e um fogão, nem que fosse pequeno. Na casa há refrigerador, microondas. Mas faltou alguns itens pra que a experiência fosse mais completa. Não havia uma cafeteira ou sanduicheira, o que facilitaria na hora de tomar café da manhã.
