Un duplex superb, cu vedere spectaculoasă la mare Am avut parte de o experiență foarte plăcută în acest apartament duplex, care impresionează prin spațiu, lumină și confort. La etajul 11 se află un living foarte spațios și luminos, bucătăria complet utilată, un spațiu separat pentru gătit, o baie cu duș și un balcon cu o priveliște superbă spre mare. La etajul 12 se găsește dormitorul, o a doua baie cu cadă și un al doilea balcon. Unul dintre cele mai frumoase momente este răsăritul. Priveliștea asupra mării, văzută de la înălțime, este spectaculoasă și oferă o atmosferă deosebită dimineața. Apartamentul este foarte bine echipat și oferă suficient spațiu pentru un sejur confortabil și relaxant. Complexul completează foarte bine experiența, având un spațiu de joacă pentru copii și o piscină superbă, iluminată seara, unde te poți bucura de înot și de momente de relaxare la soare. Un apartament în care confortul, spațiul și priveliștea asupra mării se îmbină foarte frumos. Recomand cu mare drag!

Ein modernes Apartment in einem Neubaugebiet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum VIVO und Kaufland. Auch verschiedene Buslinien halten da.

Es wird mit einer Lage am Strand geworben. Das stimmt nicht. Der Pool weckt in der Beschreibung völlig andere Erwartungen.

Very nice apartment. Well-equipped apartment. A big advantage is the proximity of Kaufland and a large shopping center—literally a few minutes walk. Parking in the underground garage is a big plus. The distance by car to Mamaia Beach is within 10 minutes. Possibility to swim in the pool.

Only two negatives. 1. Right next to the apartment building, a new large apartment building is being built, I'm attaching a photo from the balcony, look here: https://ibb.co/xtnMjnnY / So there is work traffic there, during the day, but most people are away during the day, so it's not that bad. But I had to mention it. 2. It's not a negative in the true sense of the word. It was more of an annoyance. Ramp, access to a private parking lot. We didn't have a remote control for the ramp and we always had to call the owner of the apartment to open the ramp for us remotely when going in/out. It just got on our nerves :) The ramp always opened within 30 seconds, but it was still annoying. P.S. There is a swimming pool, yes, but it is located in another building, not the one where the apartment is, but that is not a problem. About a 100m walk.
