Il faut être bon conducteur pour descendre sa voiture au monte-charge quand on n'en a pas l'habitude, mais avoir un parking gratuit en coeur de ville est un vrai plus !!

Que uno de los aire acondicionado no se podía usar porque debía estar tapado el filtro dado que al encenderlo comenzó a gotear y lo apagamos , la heladera estaba sucio el congelador cargado de hielo de hace mucho tiempo.

Me gustó el alojamiento pero si wue es verdad que la limpieza en el suelo no era del todo limpia, la ubicación perfecta pero el barrio dónde está demasiado ruido, la gente con la música por la noche y voces de los vecinos

The apartment did not match the listing photos, which seem to show two different units. Cleanliness was very poor: food debris was lodged between the sofa cushions, there was fungus in the bathroom, and the heater above the bathroom door was broken. Basic amenities like a water cooker and coffee machine were missing, and the beds were only average. The flat entrance area was dirty, with glass on the floor, and the front door never closed properly. Access requires climbing two floors with no elevator, which is typical for the building. The most concerning issue was the **extremely dirty air conditioning filters**, which appear to have never been cleaned and pose a serious health risk. Additionally, the TV has been broken since April with no attempt at repair. We experienced noise only once (shouting and glass throwing). On a positive note, the location is excellent, with the city center within walking distance. Street parking is not free when available, but the included parking is excellent. Access involves driving into a lift that takes you underground. However, the space is very narrow and challenging to maneuver, so inexperienced drivers should avoid it. I had the keys but couldn’t open the door to the outside of the flat, so I had to wait for someone to let me out—**make sure to take all keys with you**. Note that the garage is located one street further to the left.
