Casinha muito cosy que surpreende pois não se espera até esteja assim, quando se entra no prédio ou se compara com a zona onde está.
O quarto principal é muito espaçoso. Tem o essencial para se cozinhar.
Os acessos e a limitação no estacionamento. O barulho do vizinho do lado ao bater portas e o cão a ladrar.

El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor. La atención por WhatsApp perfecta, nos indicaron en todo momento y lo puso fácil.
El barrio donde se encuentra da miedo, lo cogimos porque ponía que estaba en el centro y si es así pero, en una zona conflictiva. Tuvimos que pagar taxi para volver por las noches porque no nos atrevíamos a caminar por allí… La fianza que pagas un día antes nos vino de sorpresa. El sofá cama muy incómodo. Tienes que recoger la llave en otra calle y pasearte por el barrio para ir a por la llave es una aventura por lo que se mueve por allí. La verdad que es una pena porque la atención y el alojamiento están muy bien.

Confort, decoración, cocina , menaje, ubicación, nos gusto mucho.
Difícil de recoger las llaves ya que están en un cajetín donde no hay luz y hay una verja cerrada delante ,a la hora en que llegamos.

I stayed at Apartamenticos Studio 39 in Zaragoza for 4 nights and had a good experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need and very well maintained - exactly what you need for a comfortable stay.
Its location is also very good: just a short walk from the historic city center, which made exploring Zaragoza incredibly easy and enjoyable. Whether you're into sightseeing, dining, or just soaking up the local atmosphere, everything is close by. It is also close to tram or bus stations.
Communication with the host was excellent - fast, clear, and friendly, mostly via WhatsApp, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
I would definitely recommend Studio 39 to anyone visiting Zaragoza. Great value, great location, and a great place to feel at home while traveling!
Maybe, eventually, the process of picking up the key from the apartment could be improved, in the sense that a representative of the rental company would wait for you with the key directly at the location!
