Sterling Shores Penthouse #2
A complex wide waterproofing project is currently in progress and excepted to end January 2026. Floor grinding will be part of the project as was as plastic covering all over the complex. The work will be loud and dusty during this floor grinding stage. At this time construction crews will be onsite working in various areas of the complex. Balcony work is expected as well November thru January. Balconies will be closed and inaccessible Rates are discounted to reflect the construction that will be occurring during this time.
Sterling Shores Penthouse 2 is a stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom beach view oasis that sleeps six guests in comfort and bliss.
Upon entering the condo, the Kitchen/Dining Area will be on your left and the Living Area/Balcony will be straight ahead. The Kitchen has full-size stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal, while the adjacent dining area has bar seating and a table set for six. The Living Area has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen HDTV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The master bedroom has an HDTV and a King size bed. The Master Bathroom has a large vanity area, walk in Shower, and a spacious soaking tub. Both Guest Bedrooms offer Queen sized beds. The guest bathrooms come with a bathtub/shower combination.
The balcony offers a spectacular view of the beach and Emerald Green water. There is a two-lane road to cross that has a cross walk and is not an outlet.
