We were very delighted in the beautiful condo. We have stayed at several different condos, and this condo was very clean and very well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful.

This was a lovely relaxing place to stay and close to town. It was very clean and updated much more than the very expensive outdated hotel down the road. If I return to Hawaii again I will definitely be checking the availability of this rental.

Kona makai is absolutely the best.
I have been coming here since 1979. Learned to swim in that pool. Brought my kids here.
Absolutely great place . Don't mind the pool rules so much kids need to play. It's definitely worth the stay .. I won't stay anywhere else. Each unit is great .
Also bring snorkel gear you can go right out front every morning.
One thing I do miss, is when they used to hang bananas in the cabana area. Was so much fun.
We will be back soon.

We just left this Kona Maki condo. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. The balcony view is beautiful and we enjoyed coffee and watched sunsets as often as we could.
