The property boasts Central Air Conditioning, Granite Countertops, High end Appliances, Top of the line cabinetry, a Fully Remodeled Bathroom with His and Her's sinks, and a LARGE WALK IN SHOWER!

Swaying Palm Trees on our private sandy sunning area at the oceans edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. The popular Cabana, BBQ's, and Lanai tables are perfect for dining gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.
*Casa will be replacing the chiller the week of 9/23/24 - 9/27/24.
Unfortunately, there will be no air conditioning at the residential or commercial buildings for five days because the chiller system will be turned off for repairs.*

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. We stayed in unit #210, it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We used both pools and the beach area and enjoyed them all.

Kona is beautiful. The condo was very good. The only issue was some grain beetles in the Kurick coffee pot, but, the team quickly dealt with them.

Our stay was perfect, the condo was very clean and fit the description on Airbnb very well! It's quite close to the Kona restaurants and shopping and there is a cute little beach out front (it is rocky though like most of the island). The customer service was great, I had forgotten to update my email address to one I still have access to but Knutson Property worked with me to get me the info I needed. 10/10 I would recommend this property to anyone!
