    This hotel should be rated 3 star hotel at best. Housekeeping is done every 3 days, thats what reception told me. WiFi is plain horrible. Elevators are not air canditioning and are hot in summer. No restaurant on site. Rooms arent maintained well.

    I wanted to stay in Batumi for 3 nights. First in first room smells too bad to the point where we both got bad headache. Changed room in morning but even 2nd room has too bad smell; bathroom smell. We had to cut short our vacation and leave; very unhappy. My advice is: stay away from this hotel; even the people were very nice. Parking was good too. But I think it is a design problem.
