Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le personnel étaient extrêmement gentil et à l’écoute de nos besoins et de notre confort. Nous avions accès directement à la plage avec notre hamac et notre terrasse rien que pour nous. LE BONHEUR.

IIracas del mar e' una bellissima struttura le camere sono grandi e comode ed hanno anche una bella terrazza con amaca con vista mare e il bagno in camera. È. Molto pulito e ben tenuto con un bellissimo giardino. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile . Si può mangiare colazione, pranzo e cena nel bel ristorante. Lo consigliamo a famiglie e coppie che come noi possono avere un bellissimo soggiorno.

This review is based upon my personal experiences. Once money was stolen from my money belt in my room, all the small irritations were no longer acceptable. I doubt it was one of the excellent staff, as local jobs are scarce, so it was likely another guest. Evidently, most rooms along the pacific coast have NO locks on the room doors. Accessing the hotel or the beach requires adventure; you must cross a river that can become impassable at high tide or after a heavy rain, using either a fallen tree or a precarious sandbag walkway. The amenities advertised, like the pool, and spa were misleading as none existed. Wi-Fi is only available in the dining area. I believe the checkout time is incorrect in the Booking.com listing. There’s no soundproofing in the rooms, so I recommend the A-frame cabins for privacy. There was constant construction noise all day long. Dust and debris kept falling from the ceiling. The shower area and the walls of my room were incomplete. The final memory I will have is of the worker who proceeded to use the bathroom in plain view in front of my room. While the hotel canceled my completed reservation, I am still able to submit a review.
