Very clean and cosy. There were some issues with the stove, and Graham came over to help us troubleshoot.

The TV was very slow/laggy. And pillows could have been better. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay

Very clean and tidy,everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, very good to have two bathrooms (toilets) downstairs. Great to have Netflix. Comfy lounge area and practical kitchen, nice to have Nespresso machine. Lovely outdoor space. Great location for Us, not too expensive to catch an Uber into town if you’re not wanting to drive. Has an internal garage which is great but a door opener would be even better. Lots of little extras. We found the hosts very accomodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Only down side was we stayed in the winter. With the living space being open to the upstairs it did take the heat pump a long time to warm the area up and it felt a bit chilly. There were throws to cover up with which was great thank you. We did find a couple of heaters upstairs which we brought down to help warm up the downstairs. I’m being picky but an electric blanket in the downstairs bedroom would have made this fabulous place even better,especially in a Christchurch winter. We stayed 4 nights so it would have been great to have a couple more towels, bathmats.

The townhouse is brand new, pristine and spacious with everything you need for a short stay. Stylishly decorated, quality linen and comfortable in every way.

Garage was not quite long enough for our ute, we could not shut the garage door therefore could not lock up the unit safely at the laundry door
