Très bien situé, proche de Dijon, un grand Parc à 5 minutes à pieds. Logement calme. Prix très raisonnable. Animaux acceptés.
Accès peu pratique, 2 escaliers avant d'arriver au cœur de l'appartement et un en plus pour accéder à la chambre. Impossible de dormir à 2 adultes dans le canapé lit, bien trop petit. Pas de volets, seulement des rideaux légers devant certaines fenêtres, donc on se lève en même temps que le soleil.

Appartement assez grand,salle a manger bien Chambre mezzanine a l étage bien literie confortable
Salle de bain ,l,éclairage a revoir,toile d araignée au dessus de la lampe, œille de bœuf a repeindre car noirci comme la cuisine Cuisine un peu destroye a revoir ainsi que l éclairage de la cuisine congélateur du frigidaire a nettoyer Impossible d avoir les hôtes au telephone
