Appartement vue Rhune - Piscine

Lovely hosts, lovely spacious apartment, great views, nice bedroom for a child (with some toys which made them feel at home) and a double bedroom for us adults and a sofa bed in the living room for our older kids. The pool was really clean and in a very well maintained garden area; the apartments were in a very well maintained housing development with a lock for the gate to enter the development on foot and private parking outside. There are views of Spain and the river which separates the countries and a pedestrian bridge between to Spain just 2 minutes walk away. There were nice boardwalks a few minutes away which were popular with joggers and walkers which ran alongside the river. You could walk from the apartment into the main town/beach/restaurants - mostly on the waterside boardwalk (1.6 miles from apartment to main beach past a wildlife reserve and with nice views of the sailing boats) or catch a bus from outside the Hendaye railway station. More places to explore than we had time for!
