About this house rental
Detached house for 5 people with terrace and garden. Parking for 2 cars.

-1 double bedroom with 140cm sofa bed
-1 bedroom-studio with 180cm bed (to be comfortable) and bathroom with shower
-Very pleasant living-dining room with beautiful openings and a comfortable sofa. Large solid wood table for your communal meals.
-2nd refurbished bathroom with shower.
-2 wc.
-Possibility of baby bed, high chair, safety barriers for stairs, toys, etc ... (on demand)
-We provide you with 2 adult bikes if necessary

Quiet area but at the same time very close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy ...)
-Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, plus a lounge chair.
Our house is located 4 km from Hendaye beach (Jumeaux beach) which is ideal for families with young children, 400m from the Spanish border, 8km from Hondarribia, 20km from San Sebastian (access by car or topo), 20km from Biarritz, 10 km from Saint Jean de Luz, 100 km from Bilbao (2 hours from the house, the Guggenheim museum is a must-see once in a lifetime!).
The castle of Abbadia is a must visit (10 minutes).
Do not miss a climb to the Rhune mountain (First summit of the Pyrenees chain, with exceptional views of the Basque coast, Landes beaches and the Pyrenees). It is accessible by a number of trails or by the Petit Train de la Rhune (Sainte Ignace pass) which is 20km away.
The house keeps fresh, which is nice when you come back from the beach.
We will be happy to give you more outing ideas, whether on the French or Spanish side.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We especially enjoyed the large covered patio, which is great both when it’s hot and when there’s a bit of rain. The neighbourhood is tranquil, and the view through the valley is very nice. Checking in and out is very easy. The beds are excellent, and if you like, you can use the owner’s bed linen. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden has a beautiful barbecue.But above all, the owner is incredibly kind. Communicating in English works perfectly, which is handy for people who speak little French. She responds very quickly to questions and gives both requested and spontaneous, wonderful tips about things to do in the area — from lovely hiking routes in the mountains or along the coast, to cultural events and great local places to eat and drink.Highly recommended for anyone who loves the ocean, the mountains, and Basque culture!

Wir sind mit dem Zug gereist und wurden am Bahnhof netterweise von unserer Vermieterin abgeholt und am Ende auch wieder dorthin chauffiert! Maud und Aritz waren überaus freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
Das Haus, im typischen Baskenstil gebaut, ist angenehm eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man so braucht. Lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen.
Unser Lieblingsplatz war die großzügige Terrasse. Durch die Überdachung kann man bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzen und die Aussicht in das schöne Tal genießen.
Alles in Allem haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind vor Ort. Ausschlaggebend bei der Auswahl war u.a., dass zwei Badezimmer vorhanden sind.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit, hatten viele gute Tipps für uns und waren jederzeit ansprechbar.
