Villa SOLAR DO MONTE 6

The pool, the garden and the calmness was unbelievable. The pool was extremely clean, we appreciated the possibility of having our breakfast outside. The hosts were very kind, and responded fast to all of our questions. We appreciated having extra towels and shampoo.

The apartment is very small, we stayed for 1 week and it felt quite claustrophobic. The ventilation is very poor, and there was a strong smell everytime we entered. The windows are tiny so opening them didn't help at all. That said, there is very little natural light. We were quite lucky with the weather so we didn't have to spend too much time inside. Also, bathroom lacks shelves (none in the shower either). It could be very useful to add some! We had a lovely time, but outside of the apartment :)

We had a very pleasant stay! Our room was clean, all utilities were present, and the owner was very kind and responsive. The garden and the pool were very well maintained, and we loved to spend time there. The house has a very central location, and even the village itself has some great restaurants like Snack O’ Victor (our fav). We would definitely go back.
