About this house rental
Casa Marianne is one of 19 homes in the private Cascata Village condominium. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, as well as a large dining area in an open-concept living room with a fireplace. The three bathrooms are equally modern, with two of them directly adjoining their respective bedrooms. A small private garden area with a terrace is also part of the home, which is located within a gated community featuring a pool area and a beautifully landscaped communal garden with a small waterfall. The tourist tax, which has been in effect in Albufeira since 2024, can be conveniently paid upon arrival using the QR code posted in the house.

The property is amazing, spacious, modern and clean. Also all the amenities were there except iron. The hot water is generated by sun so for a family of 5 isn't enough hot water in the tank but they have a plan B for that.The swimming pool is just right with a lovely garden.

We enjoyed the pool everyday.
It’s a quiet neighbourhood and we feel safe there.
