Ubicación, rapidez en las comunicaciones.
No funciona la wifi ni la TV, tardanza en envíar las instrucciones de entrada al apartamento, no manejan bien la burocracia , piden firma de contrato a última hora, instrucciones en polaco que hay que ir traduciendo, en resumen demasiadas complicaciones de última hora.

Excelente localização. Bom aquecimento.
Falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha. Falta de cadeiras (só havia 4 cadeiras para 7 pessoas). Água do duche pouco quente.
